Holm Girls Dairy

Spatulatta visited the Holm Girls on their dairy farm in Wisconsin. The dairy is actually run by the six girls: Sarah, Erica and Andrea who are twins, Rachael, Laura and Mary.

They have a herd of Jersey cows that they milk twice a day, every day, all year around. Their cows are grass fed and rotationally grazed. It's a lot of hard work and the six girls do it all.
